To create the tours, we first use advanced 3D modelling technology to build a wireframe of the unit. We then overlay 360-degree panoramic photography on the wireframe to create a proportionally accurate model of the unit’s real-life interior. Users can explore the full unit in three dimensions from ground level, or orbit the 3D model from a bird’s eye perspective. The models are also used to build precise 2D floorplans that reflect the unit’s real dimensions.
Our 3D Tours helped Gryd win the Biggest Disruptor (Industry Supplier) category at the Rental Marketing Awards (RMAs) during this year’s WEBCON, an annual conference exploring innovative marketing and operational strategies impacting the Canadian rental housing industry.
